I am a licensed Bronx, NYC Suite based nail technician. I have been servicing clients from all over NYC,NJ and more for 7+ years. I specialize in acrylic and gel full sets and in all types of designs. I’ve got you with almost any design you have in mind! POLICIES -$30 Deposit is paid through website. It goes towards your remaining amount. The remaining balance is due by card, phone tap, or cash at the appointment (a 2.5% processing fee will apply to all card transactions). -LATE POLICY: 10 MINS=$10. After 10 mins appointment may be canceled depending on scheduling that day. -If you need to reschedule into a new month, NEW deposit is required. I will only reschedule appointments once with the same deposit. After one reschedule a new deposit is required. - Confirm Appointment through email link day before appointment. - Complete client form directly after booking through email link. -My address is sent through the email and text you receive when you book. Please check off all boxes at checkout and input your phone number and email correctly to ensure you receive this information. -No extra guests are allowed; Including kids and pets. -No food is allowed to be eaten while being serviced for health and productivity reasons. Beverages allowed ofcourse. -Please arrive with bare nails if a soak-off wasn’t booked. Unscheduled removals may require rescheduling. -No show No Call = Permanent Ban from website and remaining balance will be due. OR Remaining amount is owed before being able to book again. - Last min cancelation = 50% of remaining balance due. -Confirm design with me prior to appointment via text or DM. -Please arrive with healthy nails. For the health and safety of all clients, services may be declined if nails or nail beds show signs of infection, injury, or other conditions that require medical attention. -Although rare, I will fix a broken or chipped nail within 7 days of the original appointment. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours or less before set appointment will result in a 50% remaining cost cancellation fee. No show no calls will result in a 100% remaining cost fee and potential ban from booking. Please make sure to contact me via the phone number in my bio or Instagram DM if you are unable to make it or you can cancel your appointment via the email you received after booking. Thank you!
